Risco senior Peyton Carlisle started her cross-country career with an impressive performance at the Tigers’ first meet of the season in Dexter.

Competing in her first-ever cross-country race, Peyton placed 17th overall, earning a medal and giving her senior season a great start. Taking on a new sport is no small challenge, and Peyton represented Risco well in her first competition.

Congratulations, Peyton, on a fantastic first race! We are excited to cheer you on throughout the season. Go Tigers!
